Annual Distance Learning Course on Integrity and Ethics

Every year, a mandatory training course is provided to all Eletrobras professionals. In 2024, the Compliance Game was held, a training in gamified format, which presents day-to-day situations for professionals to make ethical decisions, with integrity and in compliance with legislation and internal regulations. It was provided in two versions - one for corporate areas (Administrative) and another for operational areas (Field). In 2025, an On the Line learning track was launched, consisting of 6 modules addressing the main compliance topics.

In 2024, we addressed behavioral risks related to bribery, conflict of interest, embezzlement and fraud, interactions with Public Agents and insider information - and their impacts on the company. Adopting a dynamic with practical cases, participants were able to experience active participation in the event and attended with a high level of engagement (total of more than 3,500 participations).

All new professionals and leaders are trained in onboarding events on the guidelines of the Code of Conduct and the Compliance Program.
