Community Production Centers (CCPs)

Community Production Centers (CCPs, acronym in Portuguese) are social responsibility projects in which we team up with cooperatives of small farmers, agricultural extension agencies and local governments in order to set up small industries with electrical machinery for improving rural economic activities. CCPs promote the productive and efficient use of electric energy and contribute to the generation of work and income in the communities.

We have supported the implementation of Community Production Centers throughout Brazil, benefiting more than a thousand families and activities ranging from milk cooling to textile cooperatives of women.
